A terrorist is dead. A terrorist who is responsible – by his own account – of the deaths of 3000 or so in the 9/11 attacks. Personally I couldn’t give less of a shit how he was killed, or whether it meets some panty-waist lefty’s worldview of what a military strike should be, just that he was killed as a small measure of payback.

As much as I would like life to go back to the way it was with the Labour government using up all reserves of cash to ensure the people of the UK lead a blissful life of comfort with little regard for the future. It just is not feasible, we the people who have become greedy and lazy need to look at things in perspective and realise that even with the cuts we still have it so much better than so many generations before us.

Yes, there is a risk of a double dip recession, however, the important issue is whether the people trust that the government are making the cuts for with our interests in mind. If they are and in five years we the people receive the benefits of the cuts then we must step up and as they say “suck it up”.

If by checkout link you mean the button to complete the order, yes.

Most of the time it was because shipping had failed miserablly.
Download Firebug and watch whats being called.

Should be a call to saveShipping – even if its not displayed on the page you need to trigger it. When this fails, the order doesnt save completely and unless you put some code in to notify of the failure, it’ll just seem to be doing nothing.

Did you ever have a problem with the checkout link being dead? I am also using OnePage checkout through magento for a client and when credit card info is put in and you click on “checkout” nothing happens. It’s like the link is dead.

Did you ever come across this problem at all?
